We will continue to develop our art to the very limit.

He learned the basics of Italian cuisine under Tsutomu Ochiai. After joining Hiramatsu, he served as a chef for ASO affiliates in Daikanyama, Ginza, and Fukuoka Tenjin. Among them, Ristorante ASO in Daikanyama won two stars in the Michelin Guide, and led Ristorante ASO Tenjin (currently Ristorante Kubotsu) to be nominated for Asia's 50 Best Restaurants. He supervised a new restaurant in Nara which won a star just six months after opening, and later he participated in the launch of a hotel in Hakone Sengokuhara.
This time, he has been opened YOSHIKOSHI in Nakagawa.

*Shu-Ha-Ri means the thinking which is indispensable for mastering the way in the world of Japanese DOU(道), also is an attitude to learn mastering that field.
He believes that the world of various art of Japanese culture such as tea ceremony and martial arts, and the culinary world, have something in common.

    From Higashisefuri I.C., take Route 385 north (via Higashisefuri Tunnel Toll Road). 19 km (about 30 minutes) from Higashisefuri I.C.
  • By public transport

    From JR Hakata Minami Station or Nishitetsu Bus Nakagawa Office, take the Kasehasemi Bus Minamihata Line (about 30 minutes), (6) If the bus is bound for Minamihata Power Plant, get off at Nakanoshima Koen-mae and walk for about 2 minutes, (7) If the bus is bound for Ichinose, get off at Ichinose and walk about 5 minutes.
